We joined the guys for their Christmas Party
This year they held it at the Nymboida Canoe Center. The kids have plenty of room to blow off steam and the big kids had plenty of shade to sit under while telling the odd tall tale, And they flowed just as fast as the current did in the stream.
What a great great weekend, Didn't look to good weather wise on friday arvo, but the clouds broke and the weekend opened up to beautiful warm to hot days, which is perfect for spending a weekend here in the water or under the shade trees.
There is plent of room to spread out and in places is well grassed.
This is the first time our eldest sleeps in a tent, she has a friend with her which made it easier.
Santa arrived late Saturday afternoon with a sack full of presents to the kids surprise, The kids were gob smacked, Cheers Santa
We all settled in for afternoon Drinks. The sun dipped below the trees and a fire was started,
Again the stories and laughs come thick and fast, a great night was had.
Sunday morning,
a Cooked Breakfast, Bacon & Eggs, fruit juice, water melon. Yummo.A very big thank you guys for putting on a fanstastic weekend. The kids had a blast, and so did the big kids.
