Line Speed Tests
I have also conducted ping tests, Bottom of page.
The line speed test were from,http://www.exetel.com.au and there are 4 tests to the
one screen shot of the Task Managers networking screen,
Speeds average between 1200kbps - 1300kbps most of the day
Clicking on the time will open up a screen shot of the Task manager Network

This test has very low kbps, I guess being Mothers day the lines are over loaded.

9.21pm Appear to have good speed atm
At this time of day line speeds are great without congestion.
Received a reply from Exetel, saying that there should be an improvement in about 3-4 weeks.

As you can see the line speeds drop off after 6pm, this continues till about 10pm or later.
After 6pm speeds are all over the place. And if one of the children have to use the laptop(Sharing network through a Billion 7401vpg-m Router, with the latest firmware, 5.73) to search the internet for a school project the speed is halved again. Even conducting these test takes a great deal of time, and to try and upload to our web site is so frustrating.
The following morning the speeds are as they were the previous morning, 1200kbps or higher. This would suggest that the exchange is at overload.
